Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is an Indian period drama directed by OM Raut. Star cast includes Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Sharad Kelkar, Kajol, and Jagapathi Babu. Film is based on a real-life story of Tanaji Malusare. The unsung warrior of glorious Indian history & military leader in the army of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The famous battle is known as the Battle of Sinhagad. From cinematography to direction it’s top-notch. The 3D effects are a delight to watch. Never seen such high-quality graphics in Indian movies before. Tanhaji sets an example of excellent VFX and cinematography.
Om Raut has directed films like ‘Lokmanya: Ek Yugpurush (2015)’. Still one of the most critically and commercially acclaimed movie. The same energy and intensity is seen in this film probably due to more action. Kudos to OM Raut. Another person which we must admire is Keiko Nakahara (Cinematographer). The different angels and slow motion wins your heart. You can actually feel the intensity of ‘Ra Ra Ra Ra’ music in cinema. All the actors have performed well. Tanhaji is Ajay Devgn’s best film till now. Sharad Kelkar also impresses with his acting skills. The climax seen is absolutely stunning but far from reality. It was actually Shelar Mama who killed Udaybhan.
Film is now released with 3300+ Screens in 2 languages, Hindi (2D/3D) and Marathi (2D/3D). Marathi variant is just the dubbing of the original. Stay tuned with Marathi Khabri for exclusive updates and box office collection.
