Teaser poster of ‘TaaraRani’ has been released. Film is based on the story of Tarabai Bhosale. Taraarani is directed by Rahul Jadhav. Story is written by Dr. Sudhir Nikam. According to Wikipedia, Tarabai Bhosale was the regent of the Maratha Empire of India from 1700 to 1708. She was the queen of Chhatrapati Rajaram Maharaj, daughter-in-law of the empire’s founder Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and mother of Shivaji II. She is known for her role in keeping alive the resistance against Mughal occupation of Maratha territories.
Rahul Jadhav is known for directing films like ‘Murder Mestri’ and ‘Narbachi Wadi’. Whereas, Dr. Sudhir Nikam is known for ‘Dankyavar Danka’ and ‘Khopa’. The poster is quite good looking & energetic.
